Description
A typical product of the Piedmontese culinary tradition obtained by combining grape must with seasonal fruit such as apples, pears, quinces, peaches or figs. The liquid must and the fruit are cooked and thickened to obtain the classic consistency of a jam. Our Moscato mustard is excellent to be enjoyed in combination with cheeses. Also try it with Piedmontese boiled meat.
