“Barbera” grape jam for cheese

Barbera grape mustard, cotogne pears, peaches, pears, apples, figs, in variable portions: nuts, hazelnuts and almond.



A typical Piedmont’s product bond with our culinary culture obtained from the union of the grape mustard with seasonal fruit as apples, Cotogne pears, peaches, figs and dried fruit.

The liquid must and the fruit are cooked and let thicken to arrive at the classical jam consistency. Our Barbera mustard is perfect to taste combined with cheeses.

Our advice:

Perfect to accompany all types of cheeses, but especially goat ones as Robiola or blue cheese as gorgonzola, Roquefort, stilton.
