It was once used as a method of preserving part of the vegetables produced in the summer months, in order to consume them during the winter: the philosophy of “nothing is wasted”.
Today, with the same philosophy of the past, we offer you this delicious Piedmontese appetizer with 0 km vegetables, consisting of seven sweet and sour vegetables: it is excellent for any occasion!
