FIG jam

120 g

Figs, sugar, lemon juice

Our compotes are prepared with seasonal fruit, harvested and immediately processed to ensure maximum authenticity and goodness of the preservatives are used but only the acidity of natural lemon juice.

Our advice:

Chocolate waffles with fig jam

Place the chocolate and butter in a thin-walled bowl. Place it in a bain-marie, avoiding that it comes into contact with the boiling water. Melt the chocolate and butter, mix well until the mixture is lump-free, then set aside. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat the eggs, add them to the milk and the chocolate and butter mixture and mix everything with the flour until you get a homogeneous consistency. Cover and leave to swell at room temperature for approx. 45 min. Heat the waffle iron. Brush it with a knob of butter for roasting. Pour 2 heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the plate, cook for approx. 5 min., Then remove the waffle and keep it warm. Repeat with the remaining dough.

Quick, easy, tasty! This is the rule we follow for our recipes.
