Start preparing your yogurt and peach jam donut by mixing the eggs with the sugar. When you have obtained a frothy mixture, add the low-fat yogurt. Sift the flour together with the baking powder. Mix until you get a lump-free dough. Grease a donut mold with butter, then pour the mixture. Spread the jam with a spoon trying to mix it with the dough. During cooking this will slide towards the center, creating the delicious filling. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle your yogurt and peach jam donut with icing sugar and serve.
