All began in the forties, with a small planting of artichokes which Nonna Maddalena used to grow next to the vineyards, a hobby that soon became a job that also involved the cuisine.
Products in oil, jams, appetizers of the Piedmont’s tradition, her homemade recipes conquered all the family and today we have decided to bring it back to you.
For our recipes we use exclusively genuine fruit and vegetable and 100% Italian products. We take care in the smallest detail to the ingredient’s choice, with the goal to follow the seasonality, in full respect of the natural cycle of the ground.
From the harvest, to the production, to the labelling, every process is made by hand in our farmhouse, following the characteristics of the ingredients. Our Piedmont typical products are not stored in cold rooms but worked immediately, to preserve the quality of the vegetables just harvested.
We work according to the short chain model and promoting the direct contactbetween producers and final costumers. We follow the seasonality of the raw ingredients, for that reason it could be possible that some of our products will not be always available.
